Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, orders may have entered fulfilment and cannot be cancelled, but you can still return them post-delivery.
Custom or made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
